Zmyslom tejto práce je pozrieť sa na evaluáciu učiteľa pohľadom žiakov a porovnať ich názory a postoje s názorom učiteľa. Teoretická časť pojednáva o potrebe evaluácie práce učiteľa, obtiažnom stanovení kritérií pre hodnotenie a taktiež sa táto časť zaoberá spôsobmi evaluácie práce učiteľa. V praktickej časti ide o porovnanie názorov žiakov a učiteľa na to, ktoré kritériá sú pre hodnotenie dôležité a ktoré nie. Pomocou q-metodológie sú vyhodnotia kompetencie učiteľa, ktoré sú dôležité ako pre neho samotného, tak aj pre jeho žiakov. Výsledky tohto šetrenia tiež poskytujú informácie o kompetenciách, ktoré sú dôležité pre žiakov ale nie pre učiteľa a naopak. |

The aim of this paper is to focus on teacher evaluation by students and to compare their views and attitudes concerning the topic with the teacher´s view. The theoretical part de-als with the need to evaluate teacher´s performance, the difficulty of setting evaluation criteria , as well as with the ways of teacher´s performance evaluation. The practical part draws on comparison of views by both the teacher and the students on criteria which are more or less important for the evaluation. With the aid of q-methodology one can assess teacher´s competences that are essential not only for the teachers themselves, but also for the students. The results of the present research provide with information about compe-tences that are essential for students but not for the teacher and vice versa. |
