dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce popisuje charakteristiky, úskalí, možnosti a problémy jak vývojového období adolescenta, tak i rodiče. Popisuje obě vývojová období po stránce fyziologické i duševní. Zaobírá se komunikací, nedorozuměním a konflikty vzniklými mezi dospívajícími a rodiči. Většina autorů tvrdí, že období adolescence je nejnáročnějším obdobím plným změn, ke kterému je zapotřebí pochopení rodičů. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje i na rodiče adolescentů, zda vývojové období dospívání je opravdu náročné pouze pro adolescenta. I rodiče prochází obdobím plným změn, u kterých by sami potřebovali pochopení svých dospívajících. Závěr bakalářské práce uvádí několik rad rodičům ke zlepšení pozitivního přístupu k dospívajícímu a pochopení, co adolescent od svých rodičů potřebuje, co dospívající na rodiči postrádá.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis describes characteristics, difficulties, possibilities and challenges of the developmental stage of the adolescent as well as of parents. It depicts the developmental periods, considering both the psychological and physiological points of view. It deals with the communication, the misunderstandings and the disputes among adolescents and their parents. The majority of experts considers adolescence to be the most difficult times since it is a period of changes, where full understanding of parents is needed. The bachelor thesis is focused on adolescent's parents as well, putting questions whether the developmental period is challenging solely for adolescent. It seems that even the parents are facing the times of changes where the sympathy of adolescents could be mutually beneficial. In the end of this thesis several parental advices are brought up. These might enhance positive approach to adolescents and deepen the understanding what adolescent really needs from their parents and what adolescent lacks of them.
