Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza zmetkovitosti na tvarovací lince ve společnosti greiner packaging slušovice s. r. o. Společnost je lídrem na českém i slovenském trhu v oblasti výroby plastových obalů. S tím jsou spojena velká očekávání zákazníků. Proto je potřebné, aby společnost dbala na kvalitu svých produktů. Z tohoto hlediska se společ-nost musí snažit minimalizovat vznik zmetků, najít důvody jejich vzniku a odstranit je. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřená na teoretický odborný výklad k danému tématu. Praktická část začíná představením společnosti, následně charakteristi-kou výroby kelímků a prochází do analýzy zmetkovitosti na dané tvarovací lince. Na závěr jsou získané informace vyhodnoceny a navrhnuty způsoby, jak snížit zmetkovitost. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a scrap analysis occurrence in the forming line in the company greiner packaging slušovice s. r. o. The company is a leading producer of plastic packaging on the Czech and Slovak market and the expectations of the customers are high. Therefore, it is necessary for the company to ensure a high quality of their products. This is the reason why the company has to make an effort to minimize the scrap occurrence,to determinate the reasons of their formation and to eliminate them. The thesis comprises two parts. The theoretical part aims to provide the theoretical background of the given topic. The practical part starts with the company introduction followed by the plastic cups production characteristic and continues with the scrap analysis occurrence in the forming line. Lastly, the gathered information are evaluated and the methods of minimizing the scrap occurrence are proposed. |
