Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úlohu, poslání a přínos Duchovní služby v Armádě České republiky a na součinnost s ostatními pomocnými obory. Zabývá se historickým jádrem Duchovní služby, zejména člověkem, který položil jeden z hlavních pilířů tohoto odvětví, a to biografií Methoděje Kubáně, až po její současně řešenou právní formu. Poskytuje informace o vojenské kapli a o hlavních funkcionářích Duchovní služby v Armádě České republiky a jejich jednotlivou charakteristiku. Zdůrazňuje působnost kaplana Duchovní služby v zahraničních operacích a jeho vliv na účastníky (vojáky) mise. Cílem praktické části bylo pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření zjistit současný stav názoru na přínos Duchovní služby v Armádě České republiky, zejména mezi vojáky profesionály a zaměstnanci Duchovní služby působící u Velitelství výcviku - Vojenské Akademie. Názory na základě kvalitativního výzkumu porovnat a v závěru podat hypotézu o tom, jak Duchovní služba působí na výše zmíněné respondenty. |

The thesis focuses on the problem, mission and spiritual benefits of the Religious Service in the Czech Army and in cooperation with other auxiliary fields. It deals with the historical core of the Religious Service, and its current legal form. It pays special attention to Metodej Kuban - a man who laid the foundation of the Religious Service in the Czech Army. It also provides information about the military chapel and about main representatives of the Religious Service in the Czech Army. It summarises all existing churches in the Czech Army now and their individual features. It highlights activities of the Religious Service chaplain in the foreign operations and their effects in mission. The aim of the practical part is to determine, through interview and questionnaires, determine the current state of opinion on the benefits of spiritual service in the Czech Army, especially between professional soldiers and chaplains at the Training Command - Military Academy. The aim is to compare opinions based on qualitative search and conclude an hypothesis about how Chaplaincy operates at the above respondents. |
