dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou patologických vztahů na pracovišti, mobbingem a bossingem. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na charakteristiku psychického teroru na pracovišti, popisuje jeho znaky a projevy. V praktické části zjišťuji, jestli má na výskyt mobbingu vliv velikost pracovního kolektivu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor thesis themed Mobbing and Bossing deals with the problems of pathological relations in the workplace, mobbing and bossing. Theoretic part is concentrated on characterization of psychical terror in the workplace and describes its typical features. In the practical part of the thesis particular cases are analysed with regard to influence of size of work-team for occurrence of mobbing.
