dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza příjmů a výdajů obce Huslenky v letech 2010 - 2013, posouzení stavu hospodaření a vytvoření návrhů na zlepšení hospodaření této obce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou veřejné správy, vysvětluje pojem obec, znaky obce, orgány obce, rozpočet a rozpočtovou soustavu. Praktická část navazuje na část teoretickou. Nejprve je provedena charakteristika obce Huslenky, poté následuje analýza hospodaření obce. Závěr praktické části obsahuje návrhy na zlepšení hospodaření obce Huslenky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The purpose of this thesis is the financial statement analysis of the municipality Huslenky during the last three years (2010 - 2013), assessment of the state of management and to make proposals improving the management of this municipality. Thesis has theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part deals with the characteristics of public administration, describes the con-cept and attributes of municipality, municipal authorities, budget and its budgetary system. The practical part is focused on characteristics of Huslenky municipality and financial sta-tement analysis of the municipality. Conclusion of practical part includes proposals how to improve management of the municipality Huslenky.
