Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku kriminality a řízení policejních činností v prostoru území Zlínského kraje. Především se zabývá strukturou trestné činnosti, jejím vývojem, úrovní objasněnosti a mírou dopadů na obyvatelstvo a území kraje. V práci je dále analyzována problematika lidských zdrojů a řízení činnosti policie ve Zlínském kraji, včetně jeho ekonomických aspektů. Výstupem práce je definování hlavních problémů v oblasti řízení a zajištění činnosti policie ve Zlínském kraji, a předložení návrhů projektů, jejichž realizace by mohla vést ke zlepšení analyzované situace, prohloubení spolupráce mezi subjekty veřejné správy a policií, a ke zmírnění dopadů trestné činnosti na obyvatelstvo a území kraje. |

This theses is focused on the issues of crime control and police activities in the area of the Zlin Region. Mainly deals with the structure of crime, its progression, the level of its detec-tion and its impact on the population and on the area of the Zlin Region. There is also ana-lysed the issue of human resource and management activities of the police in the Zlin Re-gion in this theses, including its economic aspects. The result of this theses is to define the main problems in the management and ensure of police activities in the Zlin Region, and submission of project proposals whose implementation could lead to improvement of the situation, to deepen a cooperation between public administration and the Police of the Czech Republic, and to alleviate the crime impact on the population and on the area of the Zlin Region. |
