Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vzdělávání příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR. Prací jsem chtěl poukázat, že se jedná o ucelený, stále se opakující proces, který se vyvíjí dle potřeb společnosti. V jednotlivých částech se zabývám základními požadavky na profesi hasiče, historii HZS ČR. Dále mám zaměření na jednotlivé druhy kurzů a na fyzické testy. Praktická část hledá důvody vstupu do HZS ČR. |

This thesis addresses the problem of educating members of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. With this thesis I wanted to point out that this is a comprehensive, repetitive process that evolves according to the needs of society. In the individual chapters I deal with the basic requirements of the profession of the firefighter in the history of Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, I focus on different types of courses and physical tests. The practical part is looking at reasons for entry into the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. |
