dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá rozvojem cestovního ruchu v Žilinském kraji se zaměřením na rozvoj wellness v jednotlivých regiónech Žilinského kraje. V teoretické části je definovaný obor cestovní ruch se zaměřením na lázeňský cestovní ruch a wellness spolu s faktory ovlivňujícími rozvoj cestovního ruchu na zvoleném území. Praktická část je věnovaná analýze rozvoje cestovního ruchu Žilinského kraje jako celku a následně analýze regiónů kraje se zaměřením na současný lázeňský cestovní ruch a rozvoj wellness služeb. Prostřednictvím swot analýzy jsou navrhnuty možnosti rozvoje wellness a lázeňství v Žilinském kraji.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The present bachelor thesis deals with development of tourism in the Žilina region. It focuses on development of wellness in the particular parts of the region. The theoretical part provides a definition of the area of tourism with focus on spa tourism and wellness together with the factors influencing development of tourism in the chosen area. The practical part is dedicated to an analysis of development of tourism in the Žilina region as a whole, and then to an analysis of the parts of the region, focused on current spa tourism and development of services providing wellness. The possibilities of development of wellness and spa tourism in the Žilina region are proposed by the means of a swot analysis.
