Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou mezd ve společnosti Česká zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod při různém způsobu zaměstnávání. Je složena ze dvou částí, části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky z oblasti daní z příjmu, zákoníku práce, sociálního a zdravotního pojištění. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu mezd ve firmě. Důraz je kladen na dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou navrhnuta řešení pro uzavírání dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr na základě zjištěných skutečností. |

The bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of wages in the company Czech zbrojovka a.s. Uherský Brod at various ways of employment. The bachelor work is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part summarises the income tax data, the Labour Code, social and health insurance. The practical part specialises on analysis of wages in the company. Emphasis is placed on contracts of employment performed outside of the employment relationship. The final part of bachelor thesis suggests solutions for the con-clusion of agreements on work performed outside of the employment relationship, based on the ascertained facts. |
