dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování analýzy nákladů a jejich řízení ve společnosti XY. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány literární zdroje zabývající se analýzou nákladů a jejich rozdělením. Praktická část přestaví společnost, následuje analýza nákladů, kalkulační a plánovací proces společnosti. Na závěr jsou výsledky shrnuty a navrhnuty vhodné způsoby řešení zjištěných problémů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is the analysis of cost structure and cost management techniques in the company XY. The theoretical part deals with the literal sources which describe the analysis of costs and their distribution. The practical part contains the company information, analysis of costs, calculation and planning processes of this company. In conclusion, the results are summarized and the appropriate methods to solve the detected problems are proposed.
