Cílem mé práce je analyzování financování a účtování kulturní akce Mezinárodní folklorní festival Strážnice v souvislosti s financováním a účtováním jejího provozovatele, Národního ústavu lidové kultury Strážnice, jejímž zřizovatelem je Ministerstvo kultury České republiky. V první části práce bude definována podstata a provozování příspěvkové organizace a způsob jejího účtování. Budou představena základní data a struktura hospodaření Národního ústavu lidové kultury se svými specifiky. V další, praktické části, bude pozornost zaměřena na finanční analýzu organizace s důrazem na analýzu nákladů a výnosů pořádání festivalu v souvislosti s celkovými náklady a výnosy. Na základě těchto ukazatelů bude zhodnocen přínos akce jak po stránce kvalitativní, tak i z pohledu finančního přínosu. V souvislosti se zkoumanými ukazateli bude zvážena možnost lepšího využití zdrojů či snížení nákladů. |

The aim of my work is to analyse the financing and accounting of the Strážnice Internationation folklore festival in connection with financing and accounting of its operator, National institute of folk culture Strážnice, funder of which is the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. The first part will define the nature and running of the contributory organisation and method of its accounting. Basic data and structure of management of the National Institute of folk culture will be introduced with its specifics. In the following, practical part, the attentation will be turned to the financial analysis of the organisation with emphasis on cost revenue analysis of holding the festival in the context of total costs and revenues. Based on these indicators the benefit of the event will be evaluated from the qualitative point of view as well as its financial benefit. In connection with examined indicators the better use of the resources or reduction of costs will be considered. |
