Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění nedostatků HZS při mimořádné události v obci Prostějov a návrh optimalizace, která by umožnila snadnější koordinaci složek a kvalitnější průběh evakuace. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy jako jsou Integrovaný záchranný systém, Hasičský záchranný sbor a dále problematiku, která se týká mimořádných událostí. V praktické části jsou uvedeny zvláštní povodně jako takové, a poté konkrétně na vodním díle Plumlov, kde je podrobněji rozebrána i povodňová vlna. Analyzovány jsou nedostatky, které se týkají vzniku zvláštní povodně a poté je navrženo zlepšení. |

The main aim of this thesis was to identify deficiencies of the Fire and Rescue Service during special incident in Prostějov and to propose optimization, which would allow easier coordination of the fire and rescue services and better progress of the evacuation. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic terms such as the Integrated Rescue System, Fire Brigade and issues concerning emergencies. The practical part is further focuses on the issue of flood and then it specializes in flooding on the reservoir of water in Plumlov, where there is discussed the flood wave in more detail. I mention there also the deficiencies that lead to the creation of a special flood and then I propose improvements. |
