dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma Krizová komunikace ve vybrané organizaci. Zabývá se problematikou průběhu a úrovně komunikačního procesu při řešení krizové situace, kdy vznikne pracovní úraz. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy komunikace, vlastní systém komunikace, její jednotlivé funkce a druhy komunikace. Teoretická část se dále zabývá krizovou komunikací a jejími cíli, principy, pravidly a prostředky. Praktická část je zaměřena na průzkum a analýzu krizové komunikace ve společnosti při vzniku pracovního úrazu. Jedná se o komunikaci mezi zaměstnancem, zaměstnavatelem a příslušnými úřady. Na závěr jsou v praktické části uvedena doporučení a návrhy, které by měly vést ke zlepšení komunikace v organizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work is aimed on a Crisis communication in selected organization. It deals with the process and the level of the communication process when dealing with a crisis situation during a work accident. In the theoretical section, the concepts of the communication, system of the communication, its various functions and types are explained. The theoretical part also deals with a crisis communications and its objectives, principles, rules, and instruments. A practical part is focused on a research and analysis of crisis communication in the company when an work accident occurs. It is a communication between an employee, an employer and relevant authorities. At the end of the practical section recommendations and suggestions that should improve the communication within the organization are provided.
