Cílem mé bakalářské práce "Prevence rizik ve vybrané firmě" je získat poznatky o rizicích, která se mohou ve firmě vyskytnout, a o užitých preventivních opatřeních. A dále poskytnout návrh na zlepšení. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy z oblasti prevence rizik, dále prevence rizik, analýza rizik, identifikace a kvalifikace nebezpečí a v neposlední řadě také metody pro stanovení a posuzování rizik. V praktické části je charakterizována firma, její management rizika s následnou SWOT analýzou. Dále proběhlo dotazníkové šetření, které bylo také vyhodnoceno SWOT analýzou. Na závěr jsou uvedeny získané poznatky s návrhem na zlepšení. |

The aim of my thesis: "Risk prevention in the selected company" is to gain knowledge of the risks that may occur in the company and what preventive measures are used. There is a further point to provide the suggestion for improvement. In the theoretical part there are mentioned basic concepts of the area of risk prevention as well as risk prevention, risk analysis, hazard identification and qualification and last but not least methods for an identification and an assessment of the risks. The practical part defines the company, its risk management with a subsequent SWOT analysis. Moreover, a questionnaire survey was carried out and evaluated by SWOT analy-sis. Finally, there is mentioned gained knowledge with the suggestion for improvement. |
