Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu, tedy psychickým násilím mezi členy kolektivu na pracovišti. V teoretické části práce je popsán vznik tohoto jevu, jeho příčiny, průběh, osobnost mobbera i oběti, patologický vliv na člověka a také možné způsoby obrany a předcházení mobbingu. Praktická část práce podává obraz dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, zda a do jaké míry se respondenti osobně setkali s mobbingem s ohledem na věk, dosažené vzdělání, délku pracovního poměru a další okolnosti. |

The bachelor theses is concerned with the issue of mobbing, therefore psychical violence among the member´s of the working team. In the theoretical part of the work is described origin of this phenomenon, it´s cause´s, course, personality of a mobber and a victim, pathological effect on a human being and also possible way´s of the defense and the prevention of mobbing. The practical part give´s picture of empiric research, whose goal was ascertain, whether and to the what extent to got to know respodent´s personaly face to mobbing considering to the age, educational level, employment duration and other additional factor´s. |
