Bakalářská práce se v první řadě zabývá výběrem, přípravou a vzděláváním členů 601. skupiny speciálních sil. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy, nejslavnější speciální jednotky na světě, výběrové řízení a výcvik nových vojáků přijatých k 601. skupině speciálních sil. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkumné šetření a jsou v ní stanoveny cíle výzkumu, metody a hypotézy. Dále je popsáno prostředí, ve kterém výzkum probíhal, a způsob výběru respondentů. V neposlední řadě jsou graficky a slovním rozborem prezentovány výsledky tohoto výzkumu. Výsledkem bakalářské práce by měla být praktická doporučení a návrhy pro velitele. |

This bachelor thesis primarily focuses on the selection, training and education of 601 Special Forces Group members. The theoretical part describes basic concepts, the most famous special forces units of the world, the selection process and training of new soldiers´ admitted to the 601 Special Forces Group. The practical part deals with an exploratory research. First the research objectives, methods and hypotheses are set, then the enviroment is described in which the research was conducted as well as the method of how the respondents were selected. Finally te results of the research are presented in the graphical and verbal form. The outcome of the bachelor thesis should be some practical recommendations and suggestions for the commander. |
