dc.description.abstract	Předmětem výzkumu této bakalářské práce "Motivace zaměstnanců úloha personálního managementu" je zjištění úrovně motivace zaměstnanců společnosti PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. Cílem práce je analýza stávajícího motivačního systému a zjištění faktorů a stimulů, které ovlivňují motivaci zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se zabývá zdroji motivace, jednotlivými teoriemi motivace a motivačními nástroji a strategiemi. Z hlediska personálního managementu jsou v práci vymezeny základní pojmy a funkce personálního managementu. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo mezi zaměstnanci společnosti PROFI CREDIT Czech, a.s. V závěrečné části je ověřena platnost hypotéz, které byly stanoveny v teoretické části.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of research this Bachelor thesis "The employee motivation - role of HR department" determine the level of employee motivation PROFI CREDIT Czech, a. s. The aim of thesis is to analyze the current system and identify motivational factors and incentives that affect employee motivation. The theoretical part deals with the sources of motivation, different theories of motivation and motivational tools and strategies. In terms of personnel management there are the thesis of the basic concepts and functions of personnel management. The practical part contains the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among employees PROFI CREDIT Czech, a. s. In the final part is validated by the hypotheses, that were established in the theoretical part.
