Bakalářská práce se zabývá alergeny, které se běžně vyskytují v kosmetických přípravcích určených pro každodenní osobní péči. Hlavní část práce se věnuje přehledu nejběžnějších alergenů a jejich detailnějšímu popisu, a to např. z hlediska jejich dělení, složení, výskytu, atd. Další část práce je zaměřena na přehled kožních onemocnění, která mohou tyto alergeny vyvolávat a metody jejich diagnostikování. A nakonec jsou zde stručně popsány také možnosti prevence a léčby těchto onemocnění, které jsou způsobeny alergenními látkami obsaženými v kosmetických přípravcích. |

The batchelor thesis deals with the allergens that commonly occur in cosmetic products intended for daily personal care. The main part is devoted to an overview of the most common allergens and their more detailed description, in terms of their classification, composition, occurrence, etc. The other part is focused on the skin diseases that can be caused by these allergens and the methods of these diagnosis. Finally, there are also briefly discussed the possibilies of prevention and treatment of these diseases that are caused by allergenic substances contained in cosmetic products. |
