dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce navrhuje způsob financování investičního záměru, který v současné době probíhá a zároveň řeší vhodnou formu financování jeho další etapy. V teoretické části jsou představeny pojmy týkající se charakteristiky obce a dále je zde popsána problematika hospodaření územních samosprávných celků. Praktická část klade důraz na analýzu hospo-daření obce a zdrojů financování investičního záměru. V samotném závěru diplomové práce je uveden realizovaný investiční projekt, kde je vybrán nejlepší způsob financování zbývající části způsobilých výdajů a vhodné doporučení financování další jeho etapy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is proposing a method of financing of the ongoing investment intention and as well is dealing with the appropriate form of financing of its next phase. In the theoretical part the concepts related with the characteristics of the municipality are presented and mo-reover the issues of the economic activities of territorial self-governing whole are described. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the economic activities of the municipality and of the sources of the investment intention financing. At the end of the thesis the implemented investment project is introduced where the best method of financing of the remaining part of qualified expenses and proper recommendation of financing of the next phase is chosen.
