Cílem diplomové práce Projekt zefektivnění systému řízení pohledávek v akciové společ-nosti XY, a.s. je zavedení pojištění pohledávek a nevržení řešení v dosavadním systému řízení pohledávek. V teoretické části je charakterizován vznik, zánik a ocenění pohledávky. Dále je popsané řízení, zajištění a analýza pohledávek. V praktické části diplomové práce je charakterizována společnost, pro kterou je tato práce zpracována a systém současného řízení, zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. V další části je provedena analýza pohledávek a porovnání s konkurencí. Je zde také vyčíslen a vyhodnocen současný stav pohledávek. V poslední projektové části je navrženo zavedení pojištění pohledávek, jeho nákladová analýza a účetní a právní dopad návrhu. |

The aim of the thesis The Project of Increasing the Efficiency of Credit Management at Joint-Stock Company XY, a.s., is the implementation of claims insurance and to propose a solution for the existing claims management system. The theoretical part contains defini-tions of creation, termination and appraisal of claims. These are followed by the descrip-tions of the management, protection and analysis of claims. Practical part contains the defi-nition of the Company, for which this thesis is prepared, description of current manage-ment system, protection and collection of claims. The next part contains the analysis of claims and the comparison with competitors. The calculation and evaluation of the current status of claims can be found here as well. The last part of the project proposes the imple-mentation of claims insurance, the cost analysis of this implementation and the accounting and legal impact of this proposal. |
