dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat finanční řízení konkrétní nestátní neziskové organizace a navrhnout projekt zefektivnění řízení financí v této organizaci s důrazem na personální obsazení v této oblasti a jeho nákladovou náročnost. V teoretické části je pojednáno o finančním řízení nestátní neziskové organizace z několika úhlů pohledu na tuto oblast. Nejprve je představena nestátní nezisková organizace jako ekonomický subjekt s ohledem na její poslání a vize. Následně je rozebráno finanční řízení nestátní neziskové organizace s důrazem na řízení nákladů, výkonů a zdrojů jejich financování včetně finanční analýzy jakožto důležitého ukazatele finančního zdraví organizace. V druhé části je popisováno finanční řízení organizace z pohledu managementu. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na konkrétní nestátní neziskovou organizaci, její představení, popis stávajícího finančního řízení a analýzu současného stavu organizace z ekonomického pohledu. Následně je navržen projekt, jak stávající situaci zefektivnit, zejména po personální stránce. Přičemž je zohledněno vícezdrojové financování a jeho možnosti. Projekt je podroben nákladové analýze a podpořen trendovou analýzou vývoje

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis is to describe financial management of a concrete non-governmental non-profit organisation and to propose the project of increasing efficiency of financial management in this organisation with emphasis on personnel occupation in this area and its financial demands. The theoretical part views financial management of non-governmental non-profit organisation from different angles in this area. At first non-governmental non-profit organisation is introduced as an economical subject with regard to its mission and vision. Then the financial management of non-governmental non-profit organisation is analysed with emphasis on cost management, performance and sources of their financing including financial analysis as an important indicator of financial health of the organisation. The second part describes financial management from the view of organisation management. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at a concrete non-governmental non-profit organisation, its introduction, description of present financial management and analysis of the organisation present status from economical aspect. Later on a project is introduced. It proposes how to make present situation more effective, especially its personnel aspect. In this process more sources of financing and its possibilities are taken into consideration. The project is subjected to cost analysis and supported by a trend analysis of development.
