dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá zjišťováním velikosti hydratačního účinku a porovnáním bariérové funkce přípravků proti opruzeninám metodami in vivo. Měření velikosti hydratačního efektu bylo provedeno pomocí korneometrické metody a zjišťování bariérové účinnosti pomocí měření transepidermální ztráty vody, a to v různých aplikačních režimech. Poté byla u vzorků přípravků proti opruzeninám provedena senzorická analýza.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work deals with the identification of the size of the hydravion effect and with the comparison of the barrier fiction of anti sore spots products using methods in vivo. The measurement of the size of the hydravion effect was perfomed using the corneometer method and the detection of the barrier effectiveness was perfomed by using the measure-ment of the transepidermal water loss in variol application regres. Then there was made the sensory analysis of sample of the anti sore spots products.
