Cílem této práce je ověřit účinnost diamantové mikrodemabraze na redukci vrásek pomocí 3D skenování povrchu kůže. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na základní popis anatomie a fyziologie kůže. Dále jsou diskutovány principy stárnutí kůže a vznik vrásek. Další kapitoly pojednávají o možnostech rejuvenace kůže, mezi které patří i podrobněji popsána neinvazivní metoda diamantové mikrodermabraze. Pro praktický výzkum bylo vybráno 22 dobrovolnic ve věku 25 až 66 let, které byly metodou mikrodermabraze ošetřeny. Vrásky byly měřeny v oblasti vnějšího koutku oka. Dalšími metodami, které byly použity pro sledování změn kůže byly vizioskopie, reviskometrie a termovize. Každé probandce byl před i po ošetření vyhotoven silikonový otisk vrásek, který byl dále použit pro 3D skenování přístrojem Talysurf CLI 500. Hodnocení vlastností povrchu kůže bylo provedeno pomocí fraktální geometrie. Bylo prokázáno, že mikrodermabraze má pozitivní vliv na redukci vrásek a rejuvenaci kůže. Nejlepších výsledků bylo dosaženou u probandek kategorie A až C ve věku od 30 do 60 let. Obecně vynikajících výsledků bylo také dosaženo u kouřících probandek. U probandek nad 60 let se očekávaný pozitivní efekt nedostavil v takové míře. |

The aim of this thesis is a verification of the effectiveness of diamond mirodermabrasion of wrinkles reduction using the 3D scanning of the skin surface. The theoretical parth of the disertation thesis is focused on basic description anatomy and physiology of the skin. Another things discussed in the thesis are principals of skin aging and wrinkles. Following chapters deal with possibilities of rejuvenation and describe in more details modern non-invasive method of diamid microdermabrasion. For practical research twenty-two volunteers 25-66 years old were selected who were treated using microdermabrasion. Wrinkles were measured in the outer corner of the eye. Other methods that were used were visioscoping, reviscometring and thermography. Each of the volunteers was drawn silicone impression of wrinkles before and after the treatment, which was used for 3D scan using Talysurf CLI 500. Evaluation of properties of the surface of the skin was performed using fractal geometry. It was shown that microdermabrasion has a positive effect on the reduction of wrinkles and skin rejuvenation. The best results were achieved in probands category A-C, thirty to sixty years old. In general excedent results were also achieved in smoking probands. Over sixty probands wasn´t expected positive effect to such an extent. |
