dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ohrožením obyvatelstva při úniku nebezpečných chemických látek. Je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována rozboru současného stavu, platné legislativy vztahující se k tématu, vysvětlení základních pojmů, klasifikace a značení nebezpečných chemických látek. Dále se zabývá opatřením ochrany obyvatelstva a v konečném závěru je zmíněný Integrovaný záchranný systém. Praktická část je věnována modelové situaci v softwarovém programu TerEx, kdy se jedná o simulovaný únik ze stacionárního a mobilního zdroje a následné vyhodnocení nutných opatření a návrhů k ochraně obyvatelstva.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is concerned with threats to the population in the case of release hazardous chemicals. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is dedicated to the analysis of the current state, current legislation related to the topic, explaining basic concepts, classification and labeling of hazardous chemicals, discusses the measures of protection of the population and in the last part of the reffered to the Integrated Rescue System. The practical part is devoted to modeling the situation in the software program TerEx when a simulated escape from stationary and mobile sources and subsequent evaluation of proposals and the necessary measures to protect the population.
