Diplomová práce na téma Evaluace čerpání prostředků z ROP Severovýchod v ORP Králíky je zaměřena na hodnocení realizovaných projektů v daném území. Teoretická část popisuje hlavní cíle a metody práce, představuje kohezní politiku EU a vymezuje základní legislativní rámec. Praktická část je věnována zpracování socioekonomické analýzy, dotazníkového šetření, rozhovorů se starosty, na jejichž základě je zpracována SWOT analýza. Hlavní část práce tvoří analýza a hodnocení již realizovaných projektů a vypracování kata-logu projektů na příští programovací období. |

This diploma thesis entitled The Evaluation of using the ROP Severovýchod (Regional Operational Programme of the North-east) resources in the municipality of Králíky is concerned with evaluation of the projects realized in the region. The main objectives and methodology of the thesis, an introduction to the cohesion politics of the EU and a definition of the basic scope of legislation are all dealt with in the theoretical part of the thesis. The research part is concerned with the SWOT analysis which is based on a socioeconomic analysis, a questionnaire survey and interviews with the mayors. The main part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the evaluation of the implemented projects. Additionally, a catalogue of the projects for the following programming period was designed and is also included in this part of the paper. |
