dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná bakalářská práce na téma organizace složek IZS u zásahu při dopravní nehodě pojednává o problematice dopravních nehod a zabývá se dopravní nehodovostí, silniční dopravní nehodovostí, pozemními komunikacemi a v neposlední řadě místem dopravní nehody a vyšetřováním. Dále je v teoretické části zpracován bližší pohled na složky IZS. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá analýzou dopravní nehodovosti na území ČR a detailněji ve Zlínském kraji. V modelovém příkladu je znázorněna vybraná dopravní nehoda ve Zlínském kraji a následný rozbor činností složek IZS na místě dopravní nehody. Jako závěr práce je uveden způsob minimalizace rizik v uvedené oblasti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor´s thesis of the topic: An Organization of the IRS Components in an Intervention during the Traffic Accident is about problems of the traffic accidents and it deals with traffic accident rate, road accident rate, roads and also with the place of the traffic accident and investigation of it. Further the thesis gives the closer view on segments of IRS. Practical part of the thesis is interested in analysis of traffic accident rate in the Czech Republic, in detail in the Zlín region. The model example represents one concrete traffic accident in the Zlín region and result analysis of activities of segments of IRS. The end belongs to way how to minimalize risks in the above mentioned sphere.
