dc.description.abstract	Téma mé bakalářské práce je ,,Možnosti ukrytí a evakuace obyvatelstva v regionu". Práce je rozčleněna na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část bude zaměřena na základní pojmy ochrany obyvatelstva při krizové situaci a platnou legislativu jak v České republice, tak v rámci Evropské unie. Praktická část se soustřeďuje na problematiku nedostatku úkrytů ve Zlínském kraji a sleduje průběh zvyšování ochranných opatření před povodněmi a zabezpečení evakuačních opatření od povodní v roce 1997 po současnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is on the subject of "Possibilities of sheltering and evacuation of popu-lation in region". My thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part will focus on basic terms of population protection in crisis situation and valid legislature in Czech republic and European Union. Practical part focuses on the issue of the lack of shelters in Zlínský region and monitors the increase of protective measures against floods and security evacuation measures from the flood in 1997 to the present.
