Tato práce se zabývá regionální politikou Evropské unie, přičemž akcent je zaměřen především na jeden z jejich cílů - Evropskou územní spolupráci. Konkrétně se jedná o česko-polskou přeshraniční spolupráci spadající do Operačního programu Přeshraniční spolupráce Česká republika - Polská republika, kdy je na příkladu Euroregionu Silesia popsáno působení euroregionů v tomto operačním programu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na popis regionální politiky s ohledem na její cíle a způsob financování prostřednictvím příslušných fondů, potažmo konkrétních operačních programů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na evaluaci činnosti euroregionů v rámci programů česko-polské přeshraniční spolupráce, zejm. se zaměřením na výkon funkce Správce Fondu mikroprojektů v rámci těchto programů, přičemž na základě této evaluace jsou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení v programovém období 2014-2020. |

The work deals with the regional policy of the European Union, especially one of its objectives - the European territorial cooperation. It focuses on the Czech - Polish cross-border cooperation within the Operational Programme of Cross-border Cooperation Czech Republic - Republic of Poland and describes the role of Euroregions in this programme by the example of the Euroregion Silesia. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the description of the EU regional policy, its objectives and ways of its financing by means of the respective funds and particular operational programmes. The practical part of the work focuses on evaluation of the Euroregions´ activities in the Czech - Polish cross-border cooperation programmes, mainly their role of an Administrator of the Micro-project Fund within the framework of these programmes, and on the basis of this evaluation some proposals for improving their role for the period 2014 - 2020 have been worked out. |
