Bezpečnostná politika je základný a významný dokument, ktorý rieši komplexné vnímanie bezpečnosti organizácie, alebo spoločnosti. Teoretická časť by mala pojednávať o postavení a štruktúre bezpečnostnej politiky vo vzťahu ku činnosti organizácie. V uvedenej časti práce dochádza ku prezentovaniu teoretických poznatkov k danej problematike. Praktická časť v úvode prezentuje vybraný podnikateľský subjekt a následne analyzuje a vyhodnocuje súčasný stav vzhľadom k plánom a cieľom organizácie. V nasledujúcej časti dochádza ku návrhu opatrení, ktoré naplňujú ciele bezpečnostnej politiky vybranej spoločnosti. Pri návrhu interných smerníc dochádza ku zohľadňovaniu plánov do budúceho vývoja spoločnosti s cieľov vytvoriť vhodné prostredie pre realizáciu plánov. Záver by mal pojednávať o aplikovateľnosti daných smerníc do chodu organizácie, čím by malo dôjsť k zhodnoteniu celkového prínosu bezpečnostnej politiky pre organizáciu. |

Security policy is a fundamental and important document, which addresses the complex perceptions of security organizations or companies. The theoretical section should discuss the status and structure of the security policy in relation to the activities of the organization. In that part of the paper there is the presentation of theoretical knowledge of the problematic. The practical part in the introduction presents selected business entity and then analyzes and evaluates the current situation with regard to the plans and purposes of the organization. In the following occurs to draft measures meeting the goals of the security policy of the selected company. During internal guidelines nomination to the plans, it effectively takes account of the future development of society in order to create a suitable environment for the implementation of plans. Finally, the conclusion discusses the applicability of the guidelines to the organizational processes, which should lead to the assessment of the overall contribution of security policy for the organization. |
