dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními otázkami civilní ochrany ve Zlínském kraji a také možnostmi a pravidly využití úkrytů v krizových situacích. V první části se věnuje evakuaci obyvatelstva a způsobům varování v mimořádných událostech a krizových situacích. Druhá část se zabývá právními aspekty a historií ochrany obyvatelstva. Třetí část se zabývá aktuálním stavem úkrytů civilní ochrany. Čtvrtá část práce je zaměřena na koncepci ochrany obyvatelstva v České republice. V praktické části analyzuji dotazníky o zmíněné problematice.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is about actual questions of civil protection in Zlin region and about possibilities and rules of using the shelters in critical situtations. In the first part I am talking about evacuation of the residents and about ways of warning in uncommon situations. The second part is about aspects of law and history of civil protection. In the third part I am talking about the current status of the shelters. The fourth part is focused on the conception of protection of the citizens of the Czech Republic. In the practical part I analyze the questionnaire on the issue
