Práce krátce popisuje Mobilní monitorovací centrum včetně vlastní integrace informačních a komunikačních technologií. V úvodu vysvětluje souvislosti, které vedly k potřebě a využití tohoto zařízení Policií české republiky. Zmiňuje vlastní požadavky na konstrukci automobilu, technického zázemí a implementaci kamerového systému včetně popisu stanoviště operátorů. V praktické části navrhuje použít konkrétní komponenty pro snímání, zpracování, přenos a archivaci obrazových a zvukových záznamů. Závěrem hodnotí nasazení a využití Mobilního monitorovacího centra z hlediska prevence a korekce možného protiprávního jednání. |

The work briefly describes the Mobile Monitoring Centre including custom integration of information and communication technologies. The introduction explains the context that led to the need and use of this device by the police Czech Republic. It is mentions own requirements construction car, technical support and implementation of a camera system including a workplace by the operators. In the practical part, proposes to use the specific components for capturing, processing, transmission and archiving of video and audio recordings.
