Diplomová práce se zabývá elektronickými službami města. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je provedena rešerše dané problematiky. Praktická část práce seznamuje s problematikou e-města a porovnává služby města Zlína a Ostravy. Na základě výzkumu je proveden návrh úprav nejžádanější elektronické služby a vyhodnoceny očekávané přínosy a dopady z pohledu občanů a úředníků. Dále jsou diskutovány bezpečnostní otázky e-governmentu a je navržen nový směr vývoje systému městského e-governmentu. |

The thesis deals with the electronic services of the city. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the work the research of the issue is carried out. The practical part of the thesis introduces the issue of e-town and compares the services of the city of Zlín and Ostrava. On the basis of the research some necessary modifications to the most popular electronic services are carried out and evaluated. Next, based on the research, new suggestions are made in the most demanded electronic service and expected benefits and impacts from the perspective of citizens and officials are valuated. The security issues of e-Government are discussed and the new direction of the development of urban system of e-Government is designed. |
