dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o problematice bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) se zaměřením na vybraný průmyslový podnik. V úvodní části práce bylo pojednáno o zásadách a aspektech uplatňovaných v této problematice, normativní a legislativní úpravě v České republice i Evropské unii a o vývojových trendech v tomto odvětví. Cílem praktické části práce byla pak tvorba kompletní modelové struktury systému řízení BOZP dle potřeb vybraného podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with a practical impact of the occupational safety and health in a selected industrial company. In the first theoretical part of the work there were established the principles applied in occupational safety and health, analysed the legislative regulations applicable in the Czech Republic and the European Union. This part also outlines the trends in the occupational safety and presents related aspects of OSH. In the practical part of this thesis there were created the rules to ensure occupational health and safety. An important part of this thesis was the designed a complete model structure of the OSH management system based on the selected company requirements.
