Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním stavem činnosti soukromých bezpečnostních služeb ve zvoleném regionu, který představuje Zlínský kraj. V teoretické části popisuje obecnou charakteristiku soukromých bezpečnostních služeb, jejich historický vývoj a základní pojmy používané v tomto odvětví. Dále rozděluje tyto subjekty do tří kategorií z hlediska předmětu jejich podnikatelské činnosti a vymezuje základní právní aspekty týkající se podnikání v této oblasti. V praktické části se zaměřuje na charakteristiku Zlínského kraje a jeho kriminalitu. U následujícího výpisu soukromých bezpečnostních služeb v regionu práce stanoví jejich nejčastěji poskytované služby. Poslední kapitoly práce jsou věnovány vymezení slabých míst výše zmíněné oblasti, návrhům na jejich zlepšení a celkovému zhodnocení. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the current status of private security services in the selected region, which represents the Zlín region. The theoretical part describes the general characteristics of private security services, their historical evolution and basic concepts used in this branch. In addition, these entities are divided into three categories according to subject of their business activity and there are defined the basic legal aspects of doing business in this section. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the Zlín region and his criminality. The following chapters contain the list of private security services in the region, in which thesis determines their most often provided services. The last chapters define weak points of this section, suggestions for improvement and overall evaluation. |
