dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza cen přepravy ve firmě Geis, jejich kalkulace a následné porovnání s konkurencí na trhu přepravy kusových zásilek. Teoretická část je orientována na problematiku týkající se přepravy, zasílatelství, kalkulací a členění nákladů. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy Geis, jejich služeb a konkurenční společnosti na trhu. Dále je zpracována analýza cen přepravy firmy Geis, jejich kalkulace a porovnání s cenami konkurence, které vede k samotné analýze konkurenceschopnosti firmy na trhu zasílatelských společností. V závěru této práce jsou navržena doporučení a možnosti na zlepšení a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti na základě zpracované analýzy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis is the analyses of prices of transportation in Geis Company, their calculation and subsequent comparism with competitors on the unit shipments market. The theoretical part is focused on the issues of transportation, dispatch services, calculation and breakdown of costs. The practical part includes the Geis Company performance, its services and competitive companies on the market. Then there are the analyses of prices of transportation of Geis Company, calculation of the prices and comparism with the competitors' prices that leads to the analyses of the competitiveness of the company on the forwarding companies market. Finally there are suggested some advice and possibilities of improvement and increase of competitiveness on the basis of proceeded analyses.
