dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení hospodaření obce Újezd v letech 20112013. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit a vyhodnotit, jak obec hospodařila a zároveň navrhnout možná opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení ekonomické situace. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy, jako je veřejná správa, rozpočet, rozpočtová skladba. Zmíněna je také finanční analýza. V praktické části je charakterizována obec Újezd. Dále je provedena finanční analýza hospodaření, která je především orientována na analýzu příjmů a výdajů. Vymezeny jsou i vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. V závěru je zhodnoceno hospodaření obce Újezd a jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení ekonomické situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor work evaluates the economic activity of the village of Újezd in period 20112013. The objective of the thesis is to find out and assess the management of this village and at the same time to suggest possible changes that will lead to the improvement of its economic situation. The work is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part characterizes the basic concepts such as public administration, budget, incomes and expenses. Also outlined is the financial analysis. The practical part describes the village of Újezd in detail. It contains the financial analysis of the economic management and primarily focuses on analyzing the budget. This section further defines individual indicators of the financial analysis. The management of economic activities in Újezd is assessed in the conclusion of the thesis, including the proposal of changes to improve the economic situation.
