Bakalářská práce posuzuje hospodaření společnosti AB, s. r. o. v letech 20102013 prostřednictvím finanční analýzy. Cílem této práce je analyzovat hospodaření dané firmy a navrhnout možná opatření, která by vedla ke zlepšení současné finanční situace podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou finanční analýzy, která vychází z poznatků prostudované literatury. Popisuje uživatele finanční analýzy, zdroje, metody a postupy finanční analýzy. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti a dále následuje samotná finanční analýza společnosti, v níž jsou použity metody popsané v teoretické části. Na základě této analýzy jsou navrhnuta možná doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření společnosti. |

The bachelor thesis assesses financial management of the company AB, s. r. o. in years 20102013 by means of financial analysis. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the management of the company and to propose possible measures that would lead to improve the current financial situation of the company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of financial analysis, which is based on knowledge of the literature. It describes users of financial analysis, sources, methods and procedures of financial analysis. The practical part contains basic information about the company and then follows the financial analysis of the company in which are used methods described in the theoretical part. On the basis of this analysis are proposed some recommendations for improving the management of the company. |
