dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci se budu věnovat analýze distribučních cest vně podniku, kterou budu provádět ve firmě ABC. Firma se zabývá dodávkou hydraulických systémů, komponentů a všestranným službám v oblasti hydrauliky pro průmyslové aplikace. Práce se dělí na dvě části. První část je teoretická a druhá je praktická. V teoretické časti, budou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se logistiky, která velmi blízce souvisí s tématem bakalářské práce. Dále bude podrobně rozebrána teorie související s distribucí a v neposlední řadě budou popsány informace o SWOT analýze. Analýza bude využita v praktické části pro analyzování distribučních cest. Praktická část je podložena informacemi získanými ve firmě a navazuje na teoretické poznatky použité v předchozí části. V první řadě bude popsána firma, kde jsem absolvovala čtrnáctitýdenní praxi. Budou uvedeny informace logistice a distribuci ve firmě. Po té budou popsány jednotlivé distribuční cesty, jichž firma využívá pro prodej výrobků zákazníkům. Na konci praktické části budou provedeny SWOT analýzy distribučních cest. Závěr práce bude věnován zhodnocení jednotlivých distribučních cest a návrhu na jejich zefektivnění.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my thesis I will engage in the analysis of distribution channels outside the company, which I will conduct in the company ABC. The company deals with the supply of hydraulic systems, components and broad services in the field of hydraulics for industrial applications. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second part is practical. In the theoretical part, there will be explained basic concepts related to the logistics, which is closely connected with the topic of the thesis. Below, there will be in details examined theory related to the distribution and last but not least there will be described information about SWOT analysis. The analysis will be used in the practical part for analysing the distribution channels. The practical part is supported by the information obtained in the company and follows on the theoretical knowledge used in the previous part. First of all, there will be described the company where I underwent 14 days of practise. There will be given information about the logistics and the distribution within the company. Then there will be described single distribution channels, which are used by the company for sales of the products to the customers. At the end of the practical part, there will be performed SWOT analysis of the distribution channels. The conclusion will be devoted to the evaluation of single distribution channels and to a proposal to make them more effective.
