dc.description.abstract	Disertační práce na téma "Řízení nákladů ve zdravotnických organizacích" se zabývá problematikou alokace nákladů v nemocnicích v ČR. V první části práce je řešena současná situace v oblasti řízení nákladů, důraz je mimo jiné kladen na specifika daná sektorem zdravotnictví. Dále jsou v práci definovány cíle, stanoveny hypotézy a popsána metodika zpracování disertační práce. Hlavní část práce je poté věnována výsledkům výzkumu v oblasti řízení nákladů v nemocnicích v ČR a dále je popsána metodika zavedení moderní kalkulační metody - metody Activity Based Costing (ABC) do vybraného oddělení nemocnice. Na závěr jsou v práci zhodnoceny přednosti a nedostatky aplikace této metody v podmínkách nemocničních zařízení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The doctoral thesis on a topic "Cost management in health organizations" deals with the allocation of costs in hospitals in the Czech Republic. The first part of this work addresses the current situation in the area of cost management. Among others, the emphasis is put on the specifics given by the health sector. Furthermore, there are goals defined, hypotheses are set and the methodology for the thesis processing is described in this work. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to the results of the research in the area of the cost management in hospitals in the Czech Republic. Further, a methodology for introduction of a modern calculation method (i.e. method Activity Based Costing - ABC) into a selected hospital is described. In conclusion, the strengths and weaknesses of applying this method in conditions of hospital facilities are evaluated.
