Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s prací vykonávanou soukromými detektivními službami. Zmiňuje se o historii detektivní činnosti, jejím průchodu napříč historií až po současnost. Dále popisuje některé důležité zásady výkonu detektivní činnosti a její základní zaměření, typy detektivů podle činnosti a místa působnosti. Jsou zde popsány formy soukromých detektivních činností, jejich realizace, co všechno obnáší a pravidla, kterými se musí řídit. Závěrem jsou v praktické části práce uvedeny informace získané při rozhovoru s představiteli detektivní agentury. Popisují detektivní činnost v praxi, její úskalí, pravidla a zásady. Pro ilustraci je zde popsáno několik situací, se kterými se v praxi detektiv může setkat. |

The goal is to introduce the reader with the work done by private detective services. It mentions about the history of detective work, its passage through history to the present. It also describes some important principles for the performance of detective work and its ba-sic orientation, types of detectives activity and place of application. There are described forms of private detective work, their realization, what is all about and the rules which must be followed. Finally, in the practical part contains information obtained from inter-views with representatives of the detective agency. They describe detective work in practi-ce, its problems, rules and policies. To illustrate, there are described a few situations which, in practice, the detective may encounter. |
