V diplomové práci "Právní úprava poměrů dětí de lege lata" jsem se zabývala analýzou současné právní úpravy týkající se rodiny a jednotlivých typů úprav poměrů, příp. zjištěním rozdílů mezi platnou právní úpravou a právní úpravou platnou do konce roku 2013. Dále jsem se věnovala jednotlivým formám svěření dítěte do péče, jejich výhodám či nevýhodám a možnostem působení sociální pedagogiky v této oblasti. Součástí práce je také analýza a sumarizace konkrétních údajů získaných k tomuto tématu ze spisového materiálu Okresního soudu v Benešově včetně dokreslujících kazuistik. |

In the thesis "Legal regulation of the conditions of children de lege lata" I dealt with the analysis of the recent legal regulation concerning the family and particular types of forms of the child education and detection of the differences between the recent legal rules and the rules valid till 2013. Further I described the particular types of decisions on the child education, its benefits or disadvantages and the potencial influence of the social pedagogy in this area. Substantial part of the thesis are also analysis and summarization of the relevant datas acquired from the files of the Discrict Court of Benesov, inc. particular cases. |
