dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval dopady zadlužování na současnou populaci. V první části práce poukazuji na vznik a vývoj příčin zadlužování lidí, obcí, měst a států. Ve druhé části se zaměřuji na rozdělení dopadů na současnou populaci v oblastech: ekonomické, společensko-sociální a právní. Třetí část práce se zabývá postupy vypořádání se se zadlužením, pomocí dluhového poradenství a postupu při oddlužení insolvenční návrh. Poslední část práce tvoří výzkum, který je zaměřen na zjištění zkušeností, znalostí, názorů a postojů účastníků výzkumu s využíváním nejrůznějších půjček.

dc.description.abstract-translated	In their bachelor's thesis I dealt with the impact of indebtedness on the current population. In the first part of the work was on the birth and development of the causes of indebtedness of the people, communities, cities and States. In the second part of the focus on the distribution of impacts on the current population in the areas: socio-economic, social and legal. The third part of the work deals with the procedures for the settlement of the debt, debt advice and debt relief insolvency procedure proposal. The last part of the work consists of research, which is focused on the findings of the experience, knowledge, opinions and attitudes of participants in research with the use of a wide variety of loans.
