dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vybudování soukromého rehabilitačního centra, konkrétně ve městě Ostrava. V teoretické části je popsána struktura podnikatelského plánu, charakteristika služeb s jejich specifikací ve zdravotnictví a možnosti podnikání v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu legislativních podmínek a náležitostí, souvisejících se vznikem nového podnikatelského subjektu v oblasti rehabilitace, respektive fyzioterapie. Dále je zde zpracována situační analýza makroprostředí a mezoprostředí ve městě Ostrava. Na základě výsledků analýz je zpracován podnikatelský plán a ten je zhodnocen z hlediska jeho implementace do praxe.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on establishing a private rehabilitation clinic in the city of Ostrava. Composition of business plan in general, characterization of services with specification in health care and possibilities of entrepreneurship in Czech Republic are described in the theoretical part. Practical part of the thesis consists of analysis of the legislation requirements and necessities related to establishing new business in the field of rehabilitation, specifically in physiotherapy. Furthermore macro-environment and mid-environment analysis in the city of Ostrava were created. Based on results of the analysis the business plan has been created and his applicability has been evaluated.
