dc.description.abstract	Analýza výrobního procesu firmy Peveko spol. s r.o. Toto je téma bakalářské práce, která se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu a produktivitou využití NC strojů. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena opatření k eliminaci nákladů a optimálnějšího využití NC strojů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: Teoretická část popisuje výrobní procesy podniku, plánování výroby a vybrané metody průmyslového inženýrství, které jsou dále využity v praktické části. Praktickou část zahajuje představení firmy Peveko spol. s r.o. a SWOT analýzou. Dále je práce úzce zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu vybrané části produkce nerezových vřeten a hřídele. V závěru práce jsou na základě výsledků analýzy navržena zlepšující opatření ke zvýšení efektivity.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Analysis of the production process the company Peveko spol. s r.o. This is the topic of the thesis, which deals the analysis of the production process and produktivity using NC machines. Based on the results of the analysis are measures designed to eliminate the cost and better use of NC machina. The thesis is dividend into two parts: The theoretical part describes the manufacturing process of the company, production planning and selected industrial engineering methods, which are further used in the practical part. The practical part begins with a description of the company PEVEKO spol. s r.o. a SWOT analysis. Further work is focused on the analysis of the current status of the selected part of the production from stainless steel spindles and shaft. The conclusion from the results of analysis designed to improve measures to increase efficiency.
