Cílem této bakalářská práce je posouzení stavu pohledávek ve společnosti HOBES, spol. s r. o. a možná doporučení pro zlepšení efektivity práce s pohledávkami v budoucnu. V teoretické části práce je na základě odborné literatury nejprve charakterizován oběžný majetek. Poté následuje popis pohledávek, jejich zajištění a v neposlední řadě také analýza. Praktická část práce je věnována charakteristice vybrané společnosti, včetně její historie, SWOT analýzy a organizační struktury. Dále se praktická část věnuje analýze pohledávek společnosti. Konkrétně je zde provedena horizontální, vertikální analýza a dále také analýza aktivity a likvidity. Na závěr jsou navrženy možné způsoby zlepšení řízení pohledávek, které by firmě umožnily s pohledávkami nakládat efektivněji. |

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to assess the condition of receivables at HOBES, spol. s r. o. and recommendation to improve work efficiency with receivables. The theoretical part is based on scientific literature. First of all, current assets are characterized. This is followed by a description of receivables, receivables insurance and finally receivables analysis. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company, including its history, SWOT analysis and organizational structure. Furthermore, the practical part deals with analysis of the company's receivables. Specifically, there is a horizontal, vertical analysis as well as analysis of activity and liquidity. In conclusion are suggested possible ways of improving receivables management, which would allow company to deal with receivables more efficiently. |
