dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vnitroorganizačních účetních směrnic využívaných v Centru sociálních služeb pro seniory Pohoda, p. o. V teoretické části práce je vytvořen ucelený přehled dané literatury a zdrojů (zákonů) k vybranému tématu. V praktické části je uveden seznam platných a využívaných vnitroorganizačních účetních směrnic v dané příspěvkové organizaci. Další část bakalářské práce je věnována analýze vybraných směrnic. Přednosti a nedostatky směrnic jsou porovnány s literaturou a platnými zákony. V poslední části je navržena inovace daných směrnic, k dalšímu využívání v dané organizaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focussed on the questions of organisation internal accounting guidelines, applied in Pohoda, p.o., the Centre of Social Services for Seniors. In the theoretical part the literature research method is used. To create a comprehensive summary of given literature and sources (legislation) to the selected theme is the main objective of the thesis. In practical part there is a list of valid and applied organisation internal accounting guidelines in the given allowance organisation. Further part of the bachelor thesis dedicates to the selected guideline questions, what merits and shortages it has in comparison with literature and legislation in force. In the last part an innovation of the given guideline is proposed for its application in the aforementioned organisation.
