dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá realizací Lean Six Sigma projektu ve firmě XY. V teoretické části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska, která jsou v následujících částech aplikována v praxi. Obsahem praktické části je zpracování reálného projektu, který je veden pomocí metodiky DMAIC. Analytická část zahrnuje fáze Definovat, Měřit a Analyzovat a jejím výstupem jsou navržená řešení k implementaci. Obsahem projektové části diplomové práce jsou fáze Zlepšit a Řídit a jejím výstupem je aplikace navrhnutých řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is the realization of Lean Six Sigma project in company XY. The theoretical part of the thesis defines terms and foundations used and implemented in further practical parts of the thesis. The content of practical part is the real project im-plementation managed by DMAIC method. The analytic part contents folowing sections of DMAIC method: Define, Measure and Analyze. The project part describes the two last section of DMAIC: Implement and Control, and is about implementation of suggested solutions found out in previous analytic part.
