dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá životem pacientů po kardiochirurgické operaci disekci aorty. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část má čtyři kapitoly. V prvních dvou kapitolách teoretické části je popsán obor kardiochirurgie, vyšetřovací možnosti v kardiologii a anatomie srdce a aorty. Ve třetí kapitole je popsáno samotné onemocnění aneurysma aorty a disekce aorty. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zabývá prožíváním nemoci, její možný sociální dopad pro pacienta a jeho rodinu. Praktická část bakalářské práce popisuje kazuistiky dvou klientek, které prodělaly operaci aorty a porovnání mezi nimi, jakým způsobem se dokázali vrátit do běžného života. Rozhovor s nimi a rodinnými příslušníky a porovnání obou kazuistik z hlediska prožívání nemoci a jejich zařazení do běžných činností.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the life of patients after a cardiac surgeryaortic dissection. The thesis is divided into two partstheoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. In the first two chapters of the theoretical part describes the field of cardiac surgery, diagnostic possibilities in cardiology and anatomy of the heart and aorta. In the third section described the disease itself aortic aneurysm and aortic dissection. The last chapter deals with the experience of the disease and its potential social impact for the patient and his family. The practical part describes two case reports of clients who had undergone aortic surgery, and comparisons between them, how they managed to return to normal life. Conversation with them and family members to compare the two case studies in terms of illness experience and their inclusion in normal activities
