dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využití prvků bazální stimulace u nezralých novorozenců. V teoretické části je charakterizován vývoj plodu v prenatálním období, klasifikován nezralý novorozenec a popsány jeho určující znaky. Dále jsou zmíněny jednotlivé metody a techniky aplikované v ošetřovatelské péči o nezralého novorozence. Hlavním cílem práce je charakterizovat koncept bazální stimulace a jeho využití v péči o nezralého novorozence. V praktické části je popsán realizovaný průzkum u sester a matek nezralých novorozenců prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Bylo zjišťováno, zda střední zdravotničtí pracovníci využívají koncept bazální stimulace u nezralých novorozenců a které z prvků nejvíce zařazují do ošetřovatelské péče. U matek nezralých novorozenců bylo zjišťováno, zda byly seznámeny s konceptem bazální stimulace a který z prvků pomohl dle jejich názoru nejvíce zlepšit vývoj jejich dítěte.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of using the basal stimulation on the immature newborns. The fetus development in the prenatal period is characterized, the immature newborn is classified and its key features are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. Various methods and techniques applied in nursing care for the newborns are also mentioned. The main goal of this is to characterize a concept of basal stimulation and its use in the care of immature newborns. A survey realized among nurses and mothers of immature newborns via a questionnaire inquiry is described in the practical part of the thesis. It was examined whether health care personnel utilize the concept of basal stimulation on immature newborns and which aspects are the most included in the nursing care. The mothers of immature newborns were asked whether they are familiar with the concept of basal stimulation and which of its elements helped to improve the development of their child the most according to their opinion.
